We are seeking an accomplished Social Media Manager to join our remote team, who will lead with creativity and strategy while fostering genuine connections within our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive annual social media content strategy that aligns with our mission, ensuring an engaging and cohesive presence across various platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with micro and mid-level influencers to create impactful, mission-driven content that resonates with the diabetes community.
- Create and curate engaging social media content as required, maintaining a consistent tone and visual aesthetic across all channels.
- Supervise contractors responsible for managing Spanish-language accounts, ensuring content consistency and quality.
- Monitor social media trends, platform improvements, and performance metrics to continually refine strategies and campaigns.
- Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive online community by actively engaging with followers and addressing inquiries with care.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of influencer collaborations, focusing on metrics such as engagement, return on investment, and community growth.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in social media management, especially in influencer engagement and collaboration.
- Strong grasp of social media platforms, content planning, and influencer marketing techniques with the capability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Demonstrated proficiency in building and nurturing relationships with influencers, particularly micro and mid-level creators.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align content initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Proficiency in tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software such as CapCut.
- Familiarity with analytics tools for tracking performance and generating reports.
- Self-driven and adept at managing several projects simultaneously in a dynamic, remote work environment.
